David was very professional and helpful during our conversation and provided an initial quote. We scheduled the deep cleaning and the crew came right on time. They were very thorough and our house sparkled when they were done. Each time they have been quick to respond to my inquiries, available around my schedule, and theyve done a great job. For the size of my home price was reasonable. David came in and searched places in my home for dust that I didn't think he would check. He was able to get his group to my home on a Saturday. Was very comfortable to leave my home with the group of ladies that came to clean. They did an AWESOME job. My original review is below, but I have resumed service with them which I think speaks to their service. One of the other reasons that I use their service is because they send a crew with 4 people which speeds everything up.

Original Review: I was a customer for about 8 months and during that time they were good. They charged a slightly higher rate on the first visit and then a lower reoccurring rate. They arrived on time and cleaned well.
I was scheduled for once a month and every month I would get a confirmation they were coming and they would show up. Then in 12/2018 they fell off the grid. They missed the normal scheduled time. I asked them what happened, and I was told they would come the following week, which came and went without any communication or cleaning. I sent an email and it came back saying the email address doesn't exist anymore. So that was that....not even sure if this company is in business any more.

Seneida's home cleaning just serviced our new home today. The crew (five of them) arrived on time and complete the job in less than four hours. I was extremely impressed with Seneida's service. They first came out to my warehouse for an estimate because they wanted to give me an accurate quote. The bathrooms in the warehouse were extremely dirty. The quote was sharp and fair (unlike others who were way overcharging and pushing for extra services like replacing the toilets, painting etc). We've been using Seneida's cleaning services for several months now -- twice a month on a regular schedule. We first found them on Amazon and thought they did a great job with our big house, on a tight timeframe. I've appreciated the attention to detail and willingness to help us declutter and organize a bit, given all our kids' toys and things all over the place. David is also very easy to work with and is a good communicator. Definitely recommend!

The service from this company was outstanding. I was moving to a new home and was desperate for a cleaning crew. I found this company on line and called needling service in two days. The owner answered the phone took all my details and assured me that he could make it happen. I was skeptical since it was so last minuet. Well I didn't need to worry a professional crew showed up and delivered on all that I had asked to be done. It was a move in cleaning so there was a lot to do. They stayed in the time frame and my cost was exactly what was quoted. I would recommend this company to anyone you will not be disappointed with their services.

We contacted Seneida's Home Cleaning Services last minute for help in cleaning our new home, which was left filthy. They were AMAZING! Not only did David and his team come at such short notice, they did such a spectacular job! Kitchen cabinets that we thought were ruined looked new afterward. We can't be anymore thankful, and we will definitely use them again the next time we need house cleaning! Highly recommend!

Super happy and impressed with Seneida's Cleaning Service. We moved into an abandoned home and had a heckuva cleanup job to do. I called several cleaning services and while all were professional, I felt like Dave from Seneida's was the only one who really understood the depth of the cleaning I wanted. (I cleaned houses when I was younger so I have a certain standard - and I know how hard it is to do a true deep cleaning.) Like spic n' span, top to bottom. He has a deep understanding of the process, went to carpet cleaning school, and had a plan for organizing a whole bunch of our 'stuff' that was just cluttering the basement. We agreed on everything and then all I could do was hope that the crew would live up to Dave's commitments. Well guess what - they did, and then some! Super attention to detail, extremely organized, motivated, the 5 person team worked like a great basketball team, made magic happen. We are truly appreciative and totally recommend this cleaning service.

I hired Seneida's for a new home deep cleaning before we moved in. It was the best money I've spent. They scrubbed every ounce of the house. They even vacuumed around the furnace. The house had an odor of the previous owners. As soon as they got in (4 cleaners in all) I could smell the fresh scent of their products. As I said, worth every penny especially if you're moving into a new home.

I have had this service 3 years in a row and they continue to do a superior job. They leave nothing unturned. Entire house and everything in it is cleaned to perfection!

I have been working with Seneida's team, and David, for cleaning by home and office for a long while. I've since moved over 90 minutes away and am so sad that I live too far away for regular cleanings. I did ask for them to drive to my new home and deep clean one time and they did. Amazing job - cleaned up the construction mess of a reno, even cleaned the blinds and the fireplace! I have furry dogs so it's not easy. I cannot say thank you enough (and I'm picky!). I wish there were ten stars because they really are the best. They never say no!

Extraordinary and amazing service. These are hardworking, pleasant people who know how to clean and show an attention to detail and pride in their work, the likes of which I have never seen. I have several animals and this did not cause any issues except to delay how long these folks had to work. I can't wait to have them back.
